We have expert civil engineers, project managers, experienced supervisors and a staff pool to deliver each project successfully within the client’s required time frame. We also have a separate team of professionals in project implementation who work to the design prescribed by the client, if the client wishes to use their own design.

Our auxiliary services are provided through a well-qualified team of people who are highly skilled in their respective fields, ensuring a job well done.

Service 02 · Build

Our specialised team designs and delivers road construction, including structures such as canals, bridges and highway interchanges.

We work on the design and implementation of road construction, and we take projects on a full design-and-build as well as a turnkey basis.

On site we carry out the earthworks behind these structures: loading and hauling aggregate, formation work and grading, material placement, watering and dust control, and preparation of the road bed. Recent work includes ground and track works on the Hafeet Railway and road construction in the Al Buraimi Governorate.

Service 03 · Build

Innovation in structural steelwork delivery, from design to fabrication to construction, has made us well known in the Sohar industrial area.

We offer a quality service with an advisory role at the primary stage of design and project planning. Our hard-working and enthusiastic team brings the best output to any design and structure.

We deliver a comprehensive evaluation, from initial inspection to design and the cost of erection, making it easy for the client to have a full overview.

Best of all, we are able to provide our services nationwide: no matter where the project is, we can have our people there to assist you.

Service 04 · Build

Our auxiliary services are provided through a well-qualified team of people who are highly skilled in their respective fields, ensuring a job well done.

These trade teams support our own construction, fabrication and maintenance work. They are also available to clients as skilled manpower, either as complete crews or as individual tradesmen.

Every worker is given basic training and an HSE briefing before deployment, and works under our supervisors and your site rules.

Service 05 · Build

Our most significant service is MTM (Mechanical, Technical & Maintenance) support, which has made us a leading player in the industry.

We introduced this service after carefully studying the market, for companies with factories, warehouses and construction sites where machinery runs round the clock. We understand how important this service is, particularly when something malfunctions and can abruptly stop the project.

Our well-trained mobile team is therefore ready to assist and solve your problem 24/7. We also offer MTM support contracts on a periodic basis, monthly and yearly, providing quality service as and when needed during the period.

Service 07 · Operate & maintain

At Emaar Liwa National LLC we offer personalised, innovative and quality cleaning solutions.

Service 08 · Supply

Manpower was our key starting point for providing supplementary construction-related services.

We started by recruiting skilled manpower from South East Asia, and quality personnel for all fields of expertise in Oman. Our dedicated, qualified team of HR professionals ensures a ‘perfect fit’ between the requirements and the skills of each employee, for the highest satisfaction of our clients.

We provide skilled, semi-skilled and highly skilled workers as per the client’s needs, for any industry. In case of any uneven or sudden requirement for extra manpower, we can meet it through our vast resources globally.

Our rigorous recruitment process ensures that every individual is given basic training and is briefed on HSE and on their rights and obligations under the Omani Labour Law. As a licensed manpower provider in the Sultanate, we ensure best practices are used throughout the process.

Service 09 · Supply

Another highly demanded service: our heavy equipment supply for factories and construction sites is of high quality and readily available.

Although equipment should be pre-booked, as a testament of our care for our clients we can even arrange an excess supply of equipment as per the needs of our valued patrons.

We also carry out loading and unloading works, one of the company’s registered activities, with our own operators and crews.

Service 10 · Supply

As the construction industry booms further, we wish to provide our clients with a one-stop shop.

We supply building materials irrespective of the size and duration of the project. We welcome orders of any quantity, and we stay committed until the successful completion of the project.

Alongside building materials, our registered supply activities cover industrial, mechanical, engineering, commercial, scaffolding and civil works materials.

Project 01

Our crews supported a liner shutdown at Mawarid Mining, working in full protective equipment inside the plant during the shutdown window.

Project 02

Works on the Hafeet Railway, from track laying alongside the rail-laying crane to steel reinforcement, scaffolding and concrete for structures along the line.

Project 03

Installation of large ventilation fans 70 metres underground, including handling, positioning and steel grating works in the mine.

Project 04

Ground work for the NICC project on the Hafeet Railway, with our tipper trucks, motor graders, rollers, water tankers and site crew.

Project 05

Construction of a lined pond for water storage at a mine site, covering the earthworks, liner installation and pipework.

Project 06

Road construction in the Al Buraimi Governorate: aggregate loading and haulage, formation work and grading, material placement, watering and dust control, and road preparation.
